This Website (NiceItems.us) is a Private Digital Download Store Site from Philadelphia PA in the U.S.A. When you visit our Site, you also agree to comply with the asked for information and requirements as stated on the Site.

Our Store items/products come in digital format (not physical items/products) in the form of e-books, videos, graphics, etc., using Adobe Reader, MS Word Document, PowerPoint and so on. That means, they can be easily downloaded to your own computer or tech device.

The posted and published Contents or other Information (such as from our News Blog Posts) are not the personal information, views or opinions of this Site owner unless otherwise specifically stated. They are merely shared information and you are required to use your own discretion when accepting or using the information for your own personal use.

NiceItems.us Store Refund Policy

Do you offer a Refund? Yes.

We will refund the payment made if you have not received the digital item/product from download after payment from the link provided in agreement with our Terms, etc.

This will be done via the same method the payment was received (i.e. PayPal) less any cost charged from PayPal. Refunds will be made if requested after up to 7 days after purchase.

So you need to make sure you are in agreement with our Terms, Rules, etc., before you pay and submit your details for download of the purchased item/products.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration or Membership is FREE. But our Members are not allowed to post at our Store Blog News Section. They are allowed to read posts, like, rate, vote, and comment – subject to approval before publishing.

All members MUST read, agree with and comply with our TERMS and RULES at this Site at all times. All Members MUST also read and know our Site Disclaimer. Members (i.e. the Public) can advertise Text Ads at this Site via authorized Payment to our Site Owners. It is not FREE.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the case when product is found to be faulty.

You need to send back the product to us and we will refund your payment in 7 days.

In Case of Digital Products, we have a strict No Refund and No Exchange Policy. All sales are final due to the nature of the product.
